Peter Andre’s legal bid to prove he’s a good dad

LONDON - Peter Andre has issued a writ against his ex-wife Katie Price over comments she made on The Graham Norton Show and in a magazine interview.
Katie claimed the Aussie star had chosen not to see his eight-year-old stepson Harvey and that he had an affair with his manager, Claire Powell.
However, Peter is determined his courtroom battle with her will prove he is a good dad.
Pals say the Aussie star, 37, felt he had no choice but to try to prove his ex is a liar after she criticised his parenting.
“Peter has never done anything wrong, never been unfaithful and is determined to put the record straight once and for all,” the Daily Star quoted a source close to him as saying.
The ex-couple are set to come face-to-face in court this week.
Kate, according to close friends, has “tried to avoid the legal action because she’s concerned for the children. She can’t understand why Peter is continuing.” (ANI)
