Julia Roberts once fled US for France to escape Hollywood stress

LONDON - Julia Roberts can identify with her role in ‘Eat Pray Love’ - because she went through a similar experience when she was younger.

In the film, the ‘Pretty Woman’ star plays a writer who takes a break from her hectic life to go on a year-long cultural and spiritual trip around the world.

And the actress admits she once fled the US for France to escape the stress of Hollywood.

“I remember 25 years ago going off to live with friends of mine in France. I was just sick of being in the city. You know, to take off and travel is great,” Daily Star quoted Roberts as telling Daily Mirror. (ANI)
