Bollywood Gearing Up to Welcome Another Kid from Kapoor Family

September 25, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Starting from Prithviraj Kapoor to Ranbir Kapoor, the Kapoor family has given lots of talented actors to the Bollywood industry. Now, another young member of the family is preparing to enter the industry following the paths of his cousins, Karisma, Kareena and Ranbir, now its turn of their cousin Armaan Jain to carry forward the legacy of their grandfather Raj Kapoor.

Armaan is son of Reema Jain, who is the youngest daughter of Raj Kapoor. He does not have the strong surname of ‘Kapoor’ but has the common lineage like Ranbir, who is the hottest property of Bollywood now.

The 19 year old Armaan has left his college in England to follow his dream of becoming an actor and is getting full support from his family for the same. He is now just dreaming for Bollywood as the actor is very practical and is well aware about the tough competition in the industry. Hence, he got himself enrolled in Anupam Kher’s acting school. Armaan has even assisted filmmaker Karan Johar in his recently released movie My Name Is Khan.

The budding actor was quoted saying that he had got a huge learning experience while working under Karan Johar. Armaan said that Anupam Kher’s school has taught him to open up.

Apart from acting in the movies, he also dreams to direct a movie some day. Armaan is planning to join a film school but he has not made up his mind yet.

Speaking about his model in the family, the youngster said that he follows his grandfather Raj Kapoor. He added that it was very unfortunate that he could not see his grandfather but he gets to know about him through his films.

Coming to his celebrity cousins, Armaan said that he is more close to Ranbir than Kareena because she is 12 years older than him and they hardly got the chance to spend time with each other.
