ANNA NICOLE SMITH’s former nanny has added fresh drama to the drug conspiracy trial of the tragic model’s boyfriend/lawyer HOWARD K. STERN and her doctors KHRISTINE EROSHEVICH and SANDEEP KAPOOR by testifying she found bloody syringes and cotton balls in a bathroom her boss and companion used.

In court on Tuesday (07Sep10), Quethlie Alexie, who looked after Smith and her baby Dannielynn for more than three months in the Bahamas, testified that after Stern and Dr. Eroshevich took her client into the bathroom, she came out in an altered state.

Speaking with the aid of an interpreter, she said, “When she came out of the bathroom, she was, like, drunk… and was unable to handle her talking.”

Alexie revealed she did not see what happened in the bathroom because “they had the door closed”.

The nanny also revealed she often found a spoon with liquid and blood in it and a cotton swab “you would use for a shot”.

Stern and the two doctors have pleaded not guilty to drug conspiracy.

Alexie also told the court that Eroshevich solved Smith’s insomnia problems, revealing after the doctor was hired, Smith “would sleep all day”.

Alexie’s sister-in-law, Nadine, who was also a nanny hired by Smith, was scheduled to testify as WENN went to press.
