I am a scaredy-cat, says Dev Patel

WASHINGTON - Dev Patel has admitted that he is a ’scaredy-cat’ and is afraid of spiders.

“I’m not superstitious but I am a scaredy-cat in general,” Contactmusic quoted him as saying.

“The last time I was frightened was when I saw a massive spider in the bathroom. I had to run out in my towel and scream for my dad.”

The ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ star, 20, is also in touch with his emotions and is never afraid to let people see him cry, even weeping while watching a movie in public.

“I cry a lot but the last time was watching ‘Brothers’, starring Jake Gyllenhaal and Tobey Maguire. I was on a plane with so many people walking around, but I couldn’t help shedding a tear,” he added. (ANI)
