LONDON - Prince Harry narrowly escaped serious injury following a terrifying fall at a polo match in New York.
The 25-year-old was taking part in the annual Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic charity game on Governors Island, Manhattan, Sunday to raise money for African orphans, reports contactmusic.com.
The star-studded crowd, which included actress Susan Sarandon, musician Mary J. Blige and actor Val Kilmer, was left in shock for the young royal after he came crashing to the ground as he fell from his horse.
However, Harry escaped unscathed and after brushing himself off and catching his breath, he was back on the saddle again.
