Los Angeles (GaeaTimes.com) - The Pretty Little Liars TV series premiered yesterday, June 8, 2010 on ABC family network television and it seems that the Pretty Little Liars Cast has aroused interest among many viewers. The series is based on the lives of four girls Spencer, Hanna, Aria and Emily as depicted in the book of the same name.
Lucy Hale is playing Aria Montgomery. Lucy also played one of the Baker twins in The CW’s Privileged and starred in the Lifetime TV movie Sorority Wars. In this series she plays a character beginning a love affair with her teacher. Aria is moving back to Rosewood after a year’s absence in Europe with her family.
The character of Hanna Marin is played by Ashley Benson who is also known for her role as Abigail Deveraux on Days of Our Lives. In this TV series she is playing a chubby girl who has become the Queen Bee after Alison’s disappearance.
The role of smart Spencer is played by Troian Bellisario who has also appeared in various TV shows like Quantum Leap, JAG and NCIS. She is playing a role of a smart and intelligent girl who reserves herself in books. But she has a feeling for her sister’s boyfriend.
Shay Mitchell is playing Emily Fields. This character in the Pretty Little Liars series, is an actress who has began modeling at the age of 10. She is also an athletic and competitive swimmer. Shay Mitchell appeared in the DeGrassi: The Next Generation TV Series in Canada and this show is her first Hollywood break.
