Lara and Riteish visit Sri Lankan architect’s house (IIFA Diary)

COLOMBO - Bollywood actor Riteish Deshmukh, who has his own architectural and designing firm Evolutions, took actress Lara Dutta to famous Sri Lankan architect Geffery Bawa’s house Saturday.
“Riteish and I went to this architect Geoffrey Bawa’s place. It was an hour-and-a-half away. Ritesh loves architecture so he wanted to check out few things. It was actually wonderful,” Lara told IANS.
The two actors, who have worked together in films like “Do Knot Disturb” and “Housefull” are here to attend the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards.
Lara and Riteish along with Boman Irani, will host the event organised by Wizcraft.

Anil Kapoor snubs fan in Sri Lanka
Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor, here to attend the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards, snubbed an eager fan who wanted his autograph.
Anil made a brief appearance at the charity match that was played between Indian celebrities and Sri Lankan cricketers Friday. While walking back, an excited fan asked for his autograph. The actor saw the middle-aged man but preferred to decline his request and walked away.

When Vinod Kambli sang for Shaan
Former cricketer Vinod Kambli is known for his skills on the field, but he is also a very good singer and gave a peak into his talent when he sang a song on meeting his friend and Bollywood singer Shaan.
Kambli and Shaan both are in Colombo for the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards.
On meeting Shaan, Kambli was extremely delighted and even sang few lines from Shaan’s song “Who pehli baar.”
