Ritchie Intruder Freed On Bail

A man suspected of breaking into director GUY RITCHIE’s English country estate has been released without charge.
Police were called to the luxury retreat in Wiltshire, England on Monday (31May10) after staff discovered an intruder on the property.
The Sherlock Holmes filmmaker, who was home at the time of the incident, was alerted to the drama and his employees detained the man until cops arrived to take him into custody.
A spokesman for the local authorities confirms to People.com, “A 29-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident and was taken to Salisbury police station, where he was interviewed by detectives. He was later released on police bail pending further inquiries.”
Ritchie’s children with ex-wife Madonna were not present during the intrusion.
The director’s representative has refused to comment on the reports.
