LONDON - Elizabeth Hurley has banned her seven-year-old son Damian from watching her ex beau Hugh Grant’s movies, because his films contain too much swearing.
Hurley and Grant live next door to each other in London and share good relation despite their split 10 years ago.
“We’re always trying to find something that Uncle Hugh has done that he can see, but they’re full of swear words. We can’t find any!” the Telegraph quoted her as saying.
She added: “He can’t watch Four Weddings And A Funeral. He can’t watch About A Boy. It’s quite difficult trying to find stuff for kids.
The actress revealed that Damian often spends time with Grant, who is also his godfather.
She said: “We see an awful lot of him. We still live next door to each other in London.
“Damian’s very lucky, actually, because he’s got a lot of godfathers, and they all spoil him rotten. Hugh adores him and it works very well indeed.”
Hurley claims that she has permitted her son to watch her films ‘Austin Powers’ and ‘Bedazzled’, which are both rated 15.
“I wouldn’t really watch anything that I’m in, but because of Damian, I’ve seen Austin Powers thousands of times.
“He knows all my lines, he can describe all my costumes, all my hairstyles - he knows which ones are wigs; he knows the lot. And Bedazzled he loves. He loves me being the devil. Of course he knows all those lines as well. I don’t know any of them.” (ANI)
