The great American stand-up comedian Robert George Bob Schimmel is talking about his life and his new book, “Cancer on $5 a Day” on The Howard Stern show today morning.
“How Humor Got Me Through the Toughest Journey of My Life”
He also added:
“When I die, I will come back as a ghost and haunt Roosevelt – my old hometown – and I will be the only scared ghost.”
Robert Schimmel is best known for his comedy album and his appearances on The Howard Stern Show and HBO. Robert Schimmel’s commedy material almost always relates to sex, irrespective of he is discussing computers, his daughter, or animals. His stand-up commedy material is often x-rated and controversial.
In 1977, Robert Schimmel married his first wife, Vicki. Robert Schimmel and Robert Schimmel’s wife Vicky had four children. Derek, Robert Schimmel’s and Vicky Schimmel’s son, died of cancer at age 11. Then Robert Schimmel married his second wife Melissa Schimmel, with whom he has two children.
