Aguilera, Timberlake, Swift To Perform At Clooney & Jean’s Haiti Telethon

CHRISTINA AGUILERA, JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE and TAYLOR SWIFT have signed on to help pals GEORGE CLOONEY and WYCLEF JEAN - as performers at the pair’s upcoming Haiti relief telethon.
Clooney and the former Fugees star, a native Haitian, have stepped up to co-host the two-hour Hope For Haiti telethon, which will air on MTV, NBC, CBS, ABC, CNN and other networks on 22 January (10).
Clooney will anchor the telethon from Los Angeles, while Jean will broadcast from New York City.
Haiti?s catastrophic 7.0-magnitude earthquake has prompted hundreds of other film and TV personalities to lend their time and talents to raise funds for the poverty-stricken Caribbean country.
And now Aguilera, Timberlake and Swift have joined forces with Jean and Clooney to appear during Friday’s fundraiser.
Proceeds from the event will benefit The Clinton Bush Haiti Fund, United Nations World Food Programme, Oxfam America, Partners in Health, the Red Cross, UNICEF and Jean’s non-governmental organisation, Yele Haiti.
