Spielberg Behind World Trade Center Tv Series

Movie mogul STEVEN SPIELBERG has signed on to make a documentary series about construction on the site of the World Trade Center for America’s Science Channel.
The filmmaker will executive produce Rebuilding Ground Zero, a six-part, 3-D documentary which will air next year (11).
Architect Danny Foster will star in the project, which will be directed by Jonathan Hock.
According to Daily Variety, the film will “examine the partnership of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, politicians and various construction crews and engineers in putting the pieces together for a project of such a large magnitude”.
The World Trade Center was destroyed in the 9/11 terrorist attacks on New York. Plans for the site include a memorial tower, a park and a museum.
