LONDON - Tobey Maguire has assured fans that that the release date of the latest Spider-Man movie would not be compromised following reports of delay.
The actor made the revelation after Sony studios sources claimed production on Spider-Man 4, due to hit theatres in February, had been stalled over script issues.
“Like anything, it’s a process. We’re just in the midst of the process,” the Daily Star quoted him as saying.
“We have a lot of great stuff in terms of story and script. We’re just trying to dial it in and get it ready as quickly as possible.
“Of course, these movies are a very big undertaking and take a lot more time than a drama or something more straightforward,” he added. (ANI)
