LONDON - Pop superstar Madonna, 51, is planning a trip to Brazil and will visit the parents of her boyfriend Jesus Luz, 23.

Madonna is slightly nervous about meeting her boyfriend’s mother Cristaine Regina Da Silva who is 15 years younger than her, thesun.co.uk reports.

Close friends think that the meeting is a sign that they could be thinking about getting married. A close friend said: “Madonna really does love and need Jesus - and she does not hold all the power in their relationship. He grew up with strong Christian beliefs. He wants to marry and be taken seriously. She doesn’t want to lose Jesus and so the visit to his parents is her way of saying she will make this relationship permanent. He wants proof of commitment and he wants her to make an honest man of him.”

The couple seem to be fighting after Madonna on a TV show claimed she would “rather get run over by a train” than marry again.

The singer recently split from British director Guy Ritchie.
