LONDON - Sienna Miller may be cast in the remake of 1968 cult sci-fi film Barbarella, which starred Jane Fonda in the lead.
The story is set 40,000 years in the future and revolves around the tale of a sexy woman who ends up in erotic situations.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the movie’s original producer and 90-year-old Italian cinematographer Robert Luketic has recruited a team of young scriptwriters to work on the project.
And the ‘Alfie’ star is apparently in his mind to reprise Fonda’s sexy role in the earlier film, apart from British actress Emily Blunt, the Daily Express reports.
Emily received a Gold Globe in 2007 for Best Supporting Actress for BBC TV film Gideon’s Daughter.
Miller has starred as Sienna as a sexy baddie in her latest film ‘GI Joe’. (ANI)
