WASHINGTON - Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz plan to educate their child about different cultures and issues, making him “a citizen of the world.”
The rock star wants to make his son, who was born in November last year, aware of life outside the U.S as he grows up.
The Fall Out Boy member apparently asked for advice from other parents on his website blog, reports Contactmusic.
He wrote: “We want to raise our son as a citizen of the world, not just a citizen of L.A or the U.S.A… we want him to empathise with people in the congo, mexico, kansas, uganda, brazil, china, burma… the same as with his neighbors (sic). anyone have any good ideas on how to go about this? anyone been through this before? any good books or activities for it?”
Simpson married Wentz on May 17, 2008. (ANI)
