LONDON - Actress Katherine Heigl left little to imagination after posing for a steamy photo shoot.

The “Grey’s Anatomy” star, who plays medical student Izzie Stephens in the hit medical drama TV series, was seen covering her breasts while facing the camera.

Meanwhile, the 30-year-old beauty, who is married to film composer Josh Kelly, is set to star in a lead role in new film “The Ugly Truth”, reports News of the World.

Heigl has previously appeared on numerous publications including Maxim, Vanity Fair and Cosmopolitan. (ANI)
