Jane Carrey Pregnant: Jim Carrey Going To Be A Grandfather

Reports suggest that superstar Jim Carrey’s daughter might soon be a mommy. So now the actor has another role to play, in the upcoming days; that of a grandfather. One, we hope, he will have no qualms playing to perfection going by how much endearing he has been to children all through; he has played the lovable “Grinch” and the amazing “Mask”. In fact, his career has mostly been made up of movies that cater widely to the preferences of children.

The actor’s 21 year old daughter Jane, is now reportedly having her first baby with her boyfriend Alex Santana. Both the proud “soon to be” parents are musicians. Alex is the long time boyfriend of Jane and has his own band called the “Blood Money”, for which he has adopted the stage name “Nitro”. Jane, is reportedly the ‘front man’ of her rock band that goes by the name of “Jane Carrey Band”.

Sources say that Jane is elated with this bit of news of her pregnant status. According to sources, “She and Alex are now engaged and are thrilled at becoming parents.” This news has also been reported by RadarOnline, who had it from the mouth of a source. Jim Carrey has confirmed the news to E! News, icing it with the comment that he is “very excited” about the news. He also added in that “Jane is going to be a great mom.”

The name of Jane’s mother is the former actress Melissa Wormer, who was the first wife of Jim Carrey and was married to him from 1987 to 1995.
