LONDON - Hollywood director Guy Ritchie has spent 100,000 pounds to have a white Mercedes “builders” van modified into a full-on passion wagon.
The work is done by Welsh-based firm called Touch of Class which had also pimped her ex-wife and pop icon Madonna’s car into a pink disco for her Sorry music video.
Owner of the firm Dayne Bartlett has been constantly in touch with the 40-year-old director to fulfil his desire of a dream car.
“It’s a complete chill-out pad - you’d have no idea what it’s like inside to see it from the outside,” The Mirror quoted Dayne as saying.
Ritchie, apparently, wants a luxurious gentlemen’s club feel- the car has full reclining massage chairs apart from the 19in plasma TV and a multimedia system to satisfy him, also blacked out windows for privacy.
Dayne said: “He can plug his laptop into the plasma screen and work from the van on set.
“Guy’s fantastic, so easy going, regardless of his lifestyle he’s so down-to-earth and pleasant. He might be loaded, but he speaks to us as if we’re on the same level. And he knows what he wants.” (ANI)
