Michael Jackson to undergo painful skin-shaving surgery

LONDON - Pop star Michael Jackson, who is suffering from skin cancer, will undergo a painful skin-shaving surgery Thursday in a bid to rid his flesh of potentially lethal growths.
Layers on his chest and nose will be removed. And after tests, doctors will decide if he needs radiation gun therapy to zap affected areas, reported thesun.co.uk.
Today itself the 50-year-old announced the postponement of his first four gigs in Britain. But the organisers of the show denied a link between the two setbacks.
The star said he is postponing the gigs because he needed more time to rehearse to ensure the shows would be fine-tuned and spectacular.
He was due to kick off an eagerly-anticipated 50-show run at London’s 20,000-capacity O2 Arena July 8. But the opening night has been put back to July 13.
And three other shows - scheduled for July 10, 12 and 14 - will not be staged until March next year.
Fans with tickets for the postponed gigs were livid.

At least he would have looked good. When nature can’t give you a pretty face, do call in the surgeons. Sarah Palin should have too…. |

Wow it is sad to read all these reports about michael jackson. It hurts me to know he had cancer because I lost my little brother and mother to cancer. That is one of the worst thing to watch someone you love go threw it knowing you really cant do anything to easy their pain. Maybe god took him home before he had to suffer anymore… |
