Burglary

ST. CLAIRSVILLE, Ohio - An eastern Ohio police chief has been acquitted of burglary charges but convicted of three other felonies in an alleged break-in at the home of a woman who carried twins for Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick.
