Johansson\’s dad hospitalised after fall

LONDON - Actress Scarlett Johansson\’s father is in hospital and in a critical condition after a fall near his home.

The \”Lost in Translation\” star is due to hand out an honour at the Oscar ceremony in Los Angeles Sunday, but this could abandon her plans after her dad took a tumble in New York, reports contactmusic.com.

Karsten Johansson was injured when his legs gave way as he walked along a street near his apartment and was admitted at Bellevue hospital.
