Friday, February 4, 2011

NEW DELHI - Bipasha Basu thinks she makes a sizzling couple with her long-time beau, actor John Abraham, contrary to what a publication quoted her as saying.

“Whoever from the media quoted me in print saying John n me lk (look) like a boring couple, is bizarre. My real opinion, we look “SMOKING HOT”,” Bipasha posted on her Twitter page.

The actress was quoted in a leading daily saying - “We have become a boring couple”.

However, it was said in an explanation as to why the two aren’t being seen together at social events.

The duo has been dating since around eight years, and their chemistry was evident in 2003 film “Jism”. Bipasha says it is one of her favourites.

“Was watching clips of all my films and I have to say JISM is still my favourite! Everything about the film was magical,” she posted on her Twitter page.

Aamir would love to do remakes of Dev Anand films

Actor-producer Aamir Khan enjoys watching Dev Anand films and “Guide” is his favourite. He says he won’t mind being a part of the remake of his films.

Asked in which Dev Anand film he would like to act in if remade, Aamir said: “One of my favourite films is ‘Guide’. If I get a chance, I would like to act in all his films.”

Aamir Thursday attended the premier of the coloured version of “Hum Don”, in which the octogenarian star played the lead role.

Sonakshi has potential: Madhuri

Dancing diva Madhuri Dixit says among the current crop of female actors in Bollywood, she sees a lot of potential in “Dabangg” actress Sonakshi Sinha.

“I haven’t seen many new films, but I saw ‘Dabangg’ and I really feel Sonakshi Sinha has a lot of potential…her eyes are very pretty and she is quite expressive,” Madhuri said.

“Anushka Sharma is another good actress - she had some good scenes in ‘Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi’. In male actors, I think Ranbir Kapoor looks good. I’ve seen his films ‘Rocket Singh’, ‘Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani’ and ‘Wake Up Sid’, I do think he is very good and natural,” she added.
