‘Spider-Man’ with school bag: First still of reboot out

LOS ANGELES - The first look of the fourth instalment of friendly neighbourhood superhero movie “Spider-Man”, which has Andrew Garfield in the title role, is out for the aficionados.
Showing a visibly leaner, boyish and tired Garfield as the teenage superhero returning after a Go! Go! Spidey stint, one cannot fail to miss the school bag dangling from the web-masters right shoulder.
The reboot’s intention is to have Peter Parker back to developing his abilities in high school.
We can’t reveal the full title of the movie yet but we can reveal that the film is in production and will release in July 2012 in 3D, said a statement from its distributors Sony Pictures Entertainment.
Directed by Marc Webb, the fourth instalment in the Spider-Man franchise also stars Emma Stone, Rhys Ifans and Bollywood actor Irrfan Khan.
