Cole spends $3.5 mn on apartment!

LONDON - Singer Cheryl Cole has splashed out $3.5 million on a luxury apartment close to the Californian studios where US version of The X Factor will be filmed.

The 27-year-old is now a proud owner of the Beverley Hills property, which is part of the 42-storey Century building that has four acres of private gardens, boasts an in-built cinema, a private 74 ft pool, wine cellar and is protected by 24-hour security, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

Earlier this week, there were speculations that Cole, who is already a judge on the Britain’s version of X Factor, will be joining the panel on the new programme after they praised her “chemistry” with show chief Simon Cowell.
