Evelyn Kuhn sues Stella Artois over use of old image to promote beer

WASHINGTON - Evelyn Kuhn, a sixties supermodel, has reportedly taken legal action against the bosses of a stock photo agency after an old image of her was used to promote a Belgian beer.
According to the New York Post, she has filed a seven million dollar lawsuit against Corbis Images in a Manhattan federal court, reports Contact Music.
The leggy blonde was featured in a Stella Artois advertisement in March this year, in which she was seen gazing into the camera from across the table, dressed in a gold dress and holding a red glass.
The picture was one of a series of snaps taken in 1963 for Polydor Records and was distributed for use in the Stella Artois ad by Corbis Images.
Meanwhile, the agency has dismissed Kuhn’s litigation as ‘without merit’. (ANI)
