Clooney to play astronaut in ‘Gravity’

LOS ANGELES - Hollywood star George Clooney will soon play an astronaut in 3-D space thriller “Gravity”.

Clooney’s representative confirmed the development, reports ew.com.

The movie is a co-production by Warner Bros and Legendary Pictures, and will be directed by Alfonso Cuaron. The cast also includes Sandra Bullock.

If rumours are to believed, Clooney has replaced Robert Downey Jr. in the role.
