Longoria not adopting a baby

LONDON - Contrary to some media reports, actress Eva Longoria is not planning to adopt a child from Haiti, sources close to her say.

Recent media reports said that the 35-year-old American actress had her heart set on adopting a child, but sources close to the Desperate Housewives star say otherwise, reports contactmusic.com.

The actress recently filed for divorce from her husband Tony Parker.

She is not focusing on motherhood. Eva is spending time with her family, lawyers and her special-needs sister, said her close friend.

She’s not in the emotional state to become a mother right now. She just filed for divorce, she added.
