Katy Perry’s father praises Russell Brand

LONDON - Singer Katy Perry’s father has praised her new husband Russell Brand, saying he couldn’t have wished for a better son-in-law.
“I could not have wished for a better son-in-law in Russell. He makes my girl so happy. She’s so happy and he makes her light up. They’re going to be just fine,” femalefirst.co.uk quoted Perry’s dad as saying.
The couple got engaged last December after a whirlwind three-month romance and tied the knot at the luxury Aman-i-Khas resort in Rajasthan, India, last month.
