Nicole Kidman’s 3-bedroom luxury NY home up for rent

MELBOURNE - Oscar-winner Nicole Kidman has put her posh New York home, designed by renowned architect Richard Meier, up for rent at 45,000 dollars a month.

Kidman is said to have bought the 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom pad in 2003, reportedly paying somewhere around the 8 million dollars for the stylish pied-a-terre with sweeping views of the Hudson River, reports News.com.au.

The new tenant would be able to enjoy the custom fitted closets, marble ensuite, steam shower, egg-shaped soaking tub, and the remote controlled audio, visual and lighting systems.

But according to property website Real Estalker, the actress only called the glamorous apartment home for a short time.

The lucky new tenant of the West Village stunner will have buff Wolverine star Hugh Jackman as a neighbour after he splashed out 21 million pounds on a home in the building earlier this year.

Other celebrity residents include Martha Stewart’s daughter Alexis and famed designer Calvin Klein. (ANI)
