Mel Gibson ‘to swear to tell nothing but truth about Oksana’

WASHINGTON - For the first time, Mel Gibson will swear to tell nothing but the truth about Oksana Grigorieva and their custody war.
The troubled star will be under oath on Monday, reports TMZ.com.
Gibson is to present himself at a ‘neutral location’ for his deposition, according to sources. However, as per judges, the matter of the domestic violence will not be addressed.
The subjects will only be custody and child support.
Grigorieva is scheduled to be deposed on this Friday, but sources said that her lawyers would go to court his AM and ask that Gibson go first since Oksana has already sat through three sessions. (ANI)
