Zsa Zsa Gabor on the road to recovery

LONDON - Hollywood legend Zsa Zsa Gabor’s health has improved significantly post her hip fall in July and she has started eating on her own, leaving her feeding tube days behind, according to her husband Frederic.
The 93-year-old actress and socialite had developed complications after a hip replacement operation. She is now back home and the feeding tube has been removed.
“She has been eating mashed potatoes and matzo ball soup and drinking orange juice. There is no longer need for the feeding tube,” the Daily Express quoted husband Prince Frederic von Anhalt as saying.
“I am ecstatic, we can now go outside and she won’t be surrounded by tubes. She has freedom. It’s a wonderful thing,” he added.
Gabor has been confined to a wheelchair since a 2002 car accident. She also suffered a stroke in 2005.(ANI)
