LONDON - Veteran actor Mel Gibson’s former lover Oksana Grigorieva has reportedly signed an agreement that she will not claim her share from his fortune if they split.
The documents found states that in December 2009 Grigorieva signed papers stating she has no right to claim any of the star’s vast fortune, which was described as “in excess of $150 million”, reports dailystar.co.uk.
The couple ended their relationship in April this year and the break-up turned nasty when the Russian singer accused her former partner of beating her during a violent argument at the beginning of the year. The couple have a daughter named Lucia together.
The papers stated, “Neither party has promised the other to assist in funding any support for each other or the other party’s children from other relationships.”
At the time, Gibson agreed his partner could remain in his California home, but that he could evict her with 12 months written notice.
