‘Inception’ tops North American box office

LOS ANGELES - Leonardo DiCaprio-starrer “Inception” has topped the North American Box Office with an estimated earning of $60.4 million at the weekend.
Last week’s top film “Despicable Me” suffered a 42 percent decline in ticket sales, forcing it to drop to second place, reports aceshowbiz.com.
Walt Disney Pictures’ latest outing “The Sorcerer’s Apprentice” with Nicolas Cage in the lead raked in an estimated $17.4 million and sits on the third place.
“The Twilight Saga’s Eclipse” came fourth with an additional $13.5 million earning, followed by “Toy Story 3″ which collects an estimated $11.7 million on its fifth weekend.
