Guy Ritchie to make ‘Sherlock Homes’ sequel in 3D

LONDON - Guy Ritchie has revealed that he will shoot the sequel to his Sherlock Holmes adventure in 3D.
Madonna’s ex-husband is making a script that will make the most of the new craze for the technique, inspired by Avatar and Up.
Ritchie is even hiring some of the crew who worked on James Cameron’s Avatar to administer the 3D effects.
“You can’t help feeling that 3D is now being used on any old film as a gimmick. But when it is planned from the start, rather than bolted on later, the results can be spectacular,” the Sun quoted Ritchie as saying.
“I was a big fan of the first Sherlock Holmes, starring Robert Downey Jr and Jude Law,” he added. (ANI)
