GABRIELLE UNION’s basketball star boyfriend DWYANE WADE is set to get temporary custody of his children - after his ex-wife infuriated a judge by failing to turn up for a court date.

Miami Heat player Wade, who is currently dating the Bring It On star, has been embroiled in a bitter divorce battle with Siohvaughn Wade, the mother of his two children, since 2007.

Union was dragged into the feud last week (05May10) when Siohvaughn filed suit against Dwyane, accusing him of engaging in “sexual foreplay” with the actress in front of their two sons, aged eight and two.

The estranged couple was due to attend a scheduled divorce hearing in Illinois on Monday (10May10) but Siohvaughn reportedly infuriated a judge after failing to appear.

Cook County Circuit Court Judge Marya Nega issued a bench warrant for Siohvaughn’s arrest, setting bail at $10,000 (£6,700) - and threatened to hand the couple’s children over to Dwyane.

Judge Nega said in court, “When things don’t go according to Mrs. Wade’s way, all of a sudden the phone’s turned off. Maybe it’s time for the kids to go live with Dad for a month or two.”

Union and Wade have both denied the accusations in Siohvaughn’s lawsuit.
