LONDON - Legendary English band The Rolling Stones have angered fans by charging a whopping $2,249 for a limited edition CD boxset and $2,999 for a commemorative case.
The “(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction” hitmakers are selling an autographed set of records and a DVD to mark the re-release of their 1972 album “Exile On Main Street” and attache cases featuring a signed lithograph for a massive $2,999. But their loyal followers are fuming at the high prices, reports mirror.co.uk.
“The Stones have lost touch with reality and their real fans. The only people who will be able to afford these items are the very rich,” said fan Mike Andrews.
The souvenir range also includes a replica of a travelling case belonging to a member of their road crew, priced at $525.
