NEW DELHI - Actor Arjun Rampal is excited about his first visit to the Golden Temple in Amritsar, Punjab.

“On route to Amritsar Golden Temple, my friend Mozez wants to bring in his birthday there, I think that is such a beautiful thought so all his friends going. My first visit to the Golden temple, super excited,” the actor posted on his Twitter account.

The 37-year-old recently won a National Award for his role in “Rock On!” and has three big films lined up for release this year - “Housefull”, “Raajneeti” and the Hindi remake of “Stepmom”.

Shah Rukh offers prayer for Juhi Chawla’s brother

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, who is regularly visiting the hospital to check up on the health of Juhi Chawla’ brother Bobby, offered prayers along with actress Tabu, for his wellbeing.

“Offered the namaaz with Tabu the wonderful friend and actress she is, atop the hospital. she is so beautiful and kind to do that with me,” Shah Rukh posted on his Twitter account.

Chawla is the CEO of Shahrukh’s company Red Chillies Entertainment. He collapsed Sunday evening while dinning at a Mumbai restaurant.

Preity Zinta happy for Shah Rukh’s IPL team

Even though her Indian Premier League team Kings IX Punjab failed to spin its magic this season, actress Preity Zinta did not hesitate from applauding the win of Shah Rukh Khan’s team Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR).

“Big hug to all and am so happy for SRK because of KKR win… lots of love,” Preity tweeted.

On a day when Preity’s team was defeated by nine wickets by Shilpa Shetty’s Rajasthan Royals, Shah Rukh’s team won by 14 runs in a match with Delhi Daredevils.

While Kings IX Punjab is positioned last in the 8-team tournament, Kolkata Knight Riders is at the sixth position.

Gul Panag gets locked in train toilet

After actress Priety Zinta, actress Gul Panag got stuck inside the toilet of Shatabdi Express.

“Got locked in toilet of Shatabdi. Was worried about the latch not holding and thus my modesty, but turns out it held good… more than good,” she posted on her Twitter account.

Few months back, Priety got locked inside the toilet at the Delhi airport. She pulled off a stunt by jumping over the wall of the toilet.
