LONDON - Hollywood actresses Heather Graham and Kristen Bell are encouraging their fans to go shoeless for a day.
The motive is to raise awareness for poor people who cannot afford wearing shoes.
The actresses have tied up with TOMS Shoes, a Santa Monica based footwear company.
They will be going barefoot on April 8 to show people how tough it is to live without shoes, reports The Daily Express.
“I’m going barefoot for one day without shoes to raise awareness about the impact a simple pair of shoes can have on a child’s life. So join me on April 8. Take off your shoes and spread the word,” says Bell.
While Graham said, “I’m pretty nervous about it because I live in New York City and it’s really, really gross here.” (ANI)
