BRITTANY MURPHY’s estranged father has been mysteriously left off the tragic actress’ death certificate.

Her father Angelo Bertolotti was a notable absence at the star’s funeral in Los Angeles on Christmas Eve and now he has failed to make it onto the actress’ death certificate, which was filed Dec 29, reports contactmusic.com.

The document lists Murphy’s father as ‘unknown’, posing questions about her true parentage.

The actress died Dec 20 of a cardiac arrest.
