Madonna Buying New York Horse Farm?

MADONNA is putting down deep roots back in the U.S. - the pop star is reportedly close to buying a horse farm in New York in her second real-estate deal this year (09).
The Material Girl moved back Stateside following her split from her ex-husband, British filmmaker Guy Ritchie, last year (08), and bought a posh townhouse on Manhattan’s Upper East Side for a reported $32 million (?20 million).
According to the New York Post, the singer is expanding her property portfolio with a new purchase in the Hamptons - a star-studded vacation spot a few hours outside of the city - for just under $10 million (?6.25 million).
Wild Ocean Farm, currently owned by Kelly Klein - the wife of fashion mogul Calvin Klein - boasts 30 acres of land. There is no house on the land.
