BANGALORE - Master Kishan, who entered the Guinness book of records for being the youngest filmmaker, is now all set to make a full-fledged commercial Kannada film.
The film will be made under the banner of Kiran Movie Makers, owned by Master Kishan’s father Srikanth, and it will have all the commercial elements - fights, thrills and songs.
Speaking to IANS, Kishan, who is now 13, said that it will be made both in Kannada and Tamil.
“I am looking forward to a greater acceptance as a film director through this film. My first directorial venture ‘Care of Foot Path’ was a commercial success and was screened in many international film festivals. The effort was also recognised by the Guinness Book of World Records. I had not even completed 10 years when I directed my first Kannada film,” said Kishan.
“I have written a screenplay which will not only be interesting, but will be noticed for its technical brilliance,” he added.
His father had also participated in the story discussions with his son and says the film will not only be “informative but entertaining also”.
Adds his mother Shrishyla: “I would not like to call it a scientific thriller, though many scientific elements will be part of the film. The genius of Master has been recognised in acting and direction. I hope he will continue to create new milestones in his career.”
