Efron, Hudgens’ engagement rumours “not true”

WASHINGTON - Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens have trashed rumours claiming the two were set to tie the knot soon.

The “High School Musical” stars, who have been dating since 2005, have long been at the centre of reports about their romance headed for the aisle.

Efron previously denied the story that the couple was planning their wedding, after a tabloid claimed he proposed to Hudgens during a promotional trip to Japan in February, reports Contactmusic.

And now, the couple have yet again slammed recent reports about an engagement this weekend.

Representatives for both the actors said that while the lovers are still together, reports of a wedding ceremony are “not true”. (ANI)
