Katherine Heigl rules out West End stint

WASHINGTON - Katherine Heigl has revealed that even the thought of appearing in the West End petrifies her.
The actress has long harboured ambitions to supplement her movie and TV career with a stage role.
However, Heigl has ruled out a stint on the London stage because she isn’t confident of performing in front of live audiences.
“I’m a big coward and I’m really afraid of live audiences. I used to really want to do stage one day and then the last couple of years I’ve done some presenting at awards show,” Contactmusic quoted Heigl as saying.
“I was so nervous I thought I was going to be sick, so I don’t think me on stage for any length of time would work because I would inevitably throw up, and that would be embarrassing,” she added. (ANI)
