Whitney Houston’s ex hubby accuses her of turning him into drug fiend

LONDON - Whitney Houston’s former husband Bobby Brown has laid the blame on the singer for his drug addiction.
The singer talks about how his 14-year marriage turned into a nightmare of addictions in his explosive tome “Bobby Brown: The Truth, The Whole Truth And Nothing But…”
“I never used cocaine until after I met Whitney. Before then, I had experimented with other drugs but marijuana was my drug of choice,” The Daily Star quoted Brown as saying in the book.
He added: “At one point I was using drugs uncontrollably. I was using everything I could get my hands on, from cocaine to heroin, weed and cooked cocaine.
“I used to roll the cooked cocaine and weed up into a joint. This was called a laced joint, which was one of my favourites. It always gave me the blast I was looking for.”
The Grammy Award-winner also said that he nearly “died” three times, with medics managing to resuscitate him, after he overdosed as he binged with his wife.
Meanwhile, Whitney, who stunned all with her comeback earlier this month, was said to be disgusted with the claims.
An aide said: “Bobby is trying to get maximum impact with the book by releasing it at the same time she’s returning to the world stage.”
Her spokesman declined to comment on the matter. (ANI)
