‘Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs’ tops UK box office

LONDON - Animated movie ‘Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs’ has topped the UK and Ireland box office after raking in 7.64 million pounds on its opening weekend.
The third Ice Age film landed the top spot, pummelling gangster movie ‘Public Enemies’ into second place, reports the BBC.
Public Enemies, starring Johnny Depp, debuted with 2.23 million pounds.
Megan Fox’s ‘Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen’ cane third with 2.21 million pounds.
The Hangover stood fourth with 1.52 million pounds while ‘My Sister’s Keeper’ rounded off the top five with 762,061 pounds.
