Will ’silence’ help LiLo escape from ‘necklace theft’?

WASHINGTON - Lindsay Lohan’s claim that she did not steal the necklace and was loaned to her by the owner of Kamofie and Company in Venice, California, might let her off the hook.

Reason: the surveillance video that ‘caught’ her allegedly stealing has no audio.

Sources connected with the case told Tmz.com the fact that there is no audio is Lindsay’s best hope to avoid prosecution.

Lindsay has two other things going in her favour - the jeweller knew where she lived and knew how to get in touch yet never contacted her about getting the necklace back. (ANI)
