Will Smith ‘planning to remake ‘Annie’ with daughter Willow’

LONDON - Will Smith is apparently in negotiations to remake the classic musical ‘Annie’ - with his daughter Willow in the starring role.
Smith is said to be in talks with Jay Z to collaborate on the music and the actor is reportedly considering playing the role of Daddy Warbucks, reports the Telegraph.
According to Variety magazine Smith is developing the ‘Annie’ remake at his company, Overbrook Entertainment in conjunction with Sony Pictures.
Willow, 10, has already appeared alongside her father in the sci-fi film “I am Legend”.
It will be based on the 1982 film, which featured Albert Finney as Daddy Warbucks and Aileen Quinn as orphan Annie. (ANI)
