‘The Rachel’ was the ugliest haircut I’ve ever seen, says Jennifer Aniston

LONDON - Hollywood actress Jennifer Aniston has admitted that she hated ‘the Rachel’ haircut, the style named after her character in the US sitcom ‘Friends’.
The cut, which was layered and blow-dryed to perfection, was one of the most favourite of the 1990s. Women besieged salons clutching photographs of the actress and demanding the same cut.
But Aniston, the true image of the style, has confessed that it was the worst style in her life.
“How do I say this? I think it was the ugliest haircut I’ve ever seen,” the Telegraph quoted her as telling Allure magazine.
“What I really want to know is: how did that thing have legs?
“I love Chris, and he’s the bane of my existence at the same time because he started that damn Rachel, which was not my best look,” the actress said referring to her hairdresser, Chris McMillan.
The US sitcom ran for a decade and its finale was watched by over 52 million people, making it one of the highest-rated programmes of all time. (ANI)
